Differentiated Supervision

Catasauqua Area School District administration, elementary, middle, and high school teachers, and union leaders collaborated during the 2004-2005 school year to create a differentiated supervision program that provides increased opportunities for professional learning without sacrificing quality assurance. Differentiated supervisory options for tenured teachers include: clinical observation, portfolio development and reflection, faculty study group participation, action research, and peer coaching.
