Kindergarten Registration  

Please call 610-264-5601 for an appointment to register for Kindergarten for the 2010-11 school year.  

The following papers must be present at time of registration:

  • Birth Certificate- must be 5 years by September 1, 2010
  • Record of Immunizations to date- physical and dental exams are required by the State for entry into Kindergarten. You will be given forms at registration for your doctor and dentist to complete by September 7th. If your child has a scheduled appointment before April 9th, please stop by the office for these forms.
  • Parent's proof of residence and photo ID- ex. school tax, county tax, current drivers license, PA photo ID, Military ID
  • Custody/Guardianship papers (if applicable)
