• Nonprofit Flyer Request Form Process:

The Catasauqua Area School District does not endorse or recommend any program or event. The flyer or announcements must come from nonprofit organizations which are both compatible with the objectives of the School District and have social, recreational or educational value to the students. They must also be approved by the Superintendent or designee

    • Please ensure that your request to distribute a flyer reaches the Superintendent's Office at least two weeks before the event to meet distribution deadlines. This can be done by using our district's online Flyer Distribution Request Form, ← click here to complete the form.
    • For a flyer to be eligible for distribution to students, the organization must provide documentation of official non-profit status, such as a 501(c)(3). A copy of this documentation must be provided upon the District's request.
    • Once your flyer is approved, you will receive a confirmation email. The respective building secretaries will also be included in this email to ensure they are informed about your flyer distribution request.
    • After approval, you may contact the building secretaries directly for any inquiries regarding student enrollment if you plan to provide a paper flyer. It is the responsibility of the nonprofit organization to print and deliver paper copies of the flyer to the schools specified in your request.
    • Your flyer must include the following disclaimer: "The Catasauqua Area School District does not endorse and is not responsible for any business, service, or event advertised in this flyer."
    • If your request is denied, you will receive an email explaining the reason for the denial.
