The CASD Wellness Policy is reviewed annually to ensure compliance with federal regulations and is continuously used to assess operational adherence within the district. This review is conducted by members of the CASD Wellness Committee, and the policy is approved annually by the CASD Board of Directors.

The CASD Wellness Committee encourages feedback and participation from the community and students in shaping the District’s Wellness Policy. Membership in the Wellness Committee is open to the following groups:

• School administrators  
• School Board members  
• School Food Authority  
• General public
