Flyer Distribution Request Information
The Catasauqua Area School District is not responsible for, and does not endorse, any statement, sentiment or opinion published or expressed on distributed/posted flyers. Flyers are not part of, and have not been distributed/posted as part of, the District's curricular or extracurricular programs. The School District, its officers, and employees are not responsible for any and all claims and/or causes of action which may exist or which may arise out of or in regard to the participation of students in activities/events publicized through the flyer distribution process.
Additionally, the Catasauqua Area School District reserves the right to refuse the distribution or posting of any information which is inappropriate for distribution to school-aged children.
Distribution Protocols

Information must have prior approval from the Superintendent's Office.

A completed Request for Distribution of Flyers form must accompany the flyer for consideration.

The following disclaimer must be clearly displayed on the flyer, or otherwise it will be denied: "These materials are neither sponsored nor endorsed by the Board of Education of the Catasauqua Area School District, or the Superintendent/Designee"

Materials must be submitted two (2) weeks prior to the requested distribution date using the District's online Flyer Distribution Request Form .

Organizations whose basic goals and objectives are to provide educational, service or recreational programs for residents of the District and which qualify as “charitable organizations” as that term is defined in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and the applicable regulations of the IRS may apply.

For an initial request, organizations should supply proof of non-profit status (tax exemption certificate).

Upon approval/denial your organization will be notified of the decision by the Superintendent’s office.

It will be the responsibility of the Organization to provide the paper copies, if so chosen as the desired format for distribution.
NOTE: The Board reserves the right to revoke privileges at any time should an organization fail to follow Catasauqua Area School District's policies or procedures.
