The Brown and White

Best in the State!

Each year Catasauqua has The Brown and White evaluated by the Pennsylvania School Press Association (PSPA).  The PSPA is the oldest and most respected high school press organization in the state.  For the past seven of the last nine years, The Brown and White received a gold medal rating during this evaluation process.  On average, approximately five schools in the state are awarded this status.

During the last nine years, the PSPA then re-evaluated the gold medal winners to find the 'best of the best'.  The Brown and White was awarded All State Honors four of the last nine years.  This honor is presented to only one or two high school publications a year in the state of Pennsylvania.

Congratulations to all involved for being named the Best of the Best!
