    ENROLLMENT INFORMATION

    Dear Parents/Guardians:
    Welcome to the Catasauqua Area School District – Home of the Rough Riders!

    Our school district is located in the beautiful Lehigh Valley in Eastern Pennsylvania and serves the Borough of Catasauqua, the Township of Hanover in Lehigh County, and the Borough of North Catasauqua in Northampton County.  In partnership with our community, we believe we can continue to achieve educational excellence and promote lifelong learning.

    In order to attend a school in the Catasauqua Area School District, new students and their families must complete a TWO-STEP PROCESS:

    Step 1 – Enrollment:
    Parents/guardians must visit the Central Enrollment office located in the District Administration Office to complete all required forms, provide the required documents, and submit verification of the family’s address.  It is necessary that the required forms be COMPLETED prior to attending the scheduled enrollment appointment.  The family will enroll all of their school-age children during this visit.

    Parents/guardians should call the Central Enrollment Coordinator at 610-264-5571, option 8, to schedule an appointment.  When you arrive for your scheduled appointment you must bring all required documentation and COMPLETED forms with you to Central Enrollment.      

    Proof of Residency Requirements
    OWN – Property Deed, Settlement Papers or County Tax BilL
    RENT – Lease Agreement

    PLUS two (2) of the following:
    -Current Utility Bill/Letter
    -Pay Stub or Government Check
    -Current Bank Statement
    -Vehicle Registration
    -Current Auto, Home or Renter's Insurance
    -Moving Permit

    After the enrollment is complete, the Central Enrollment Coordiniator will provide the family with the information needed for Step 2.
    Step 2 – Placement:

    Parents/guardians will be given an appointment at the building to explain class assignments, schedules and other information unique to the school.  STUDENTS MUST ATTEND THIS APPOINTMENT.
