Job Opportunity: Instructional Aides (All Buildings)

CASD is seeking Instructional Aides to join our team. Aides work up to 191 days per school year. These positions involve 7 hours of paid work time daily, plus a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.

Available Positions:

Catasauqua High School:

  • 1 Aide (Certified or Non-certified)

Catasauqua Middle School:

  • 1 Aide (Certified or Non-certified)
  • 1 Technology Aide (Certified or Non-Certified)

Sheckler Elementary School:

  • 4 Aides (Certified or Non-certified)
  • 1 Certified Aide (Title I Reading)

Role and Responsibilities:

Instructional Aides provide support and assistance with the academic, behavioral, emotional, and/or physical needs of our students within regular or special education classroom environments.

Compensation:

  • Certified Aides: $185 per day
  • Non-certified Aides: $148 per day
