Athletics:
Girls Wrestling Head Coach
We are seeking an head coach for the 2026-2027 school year for an established high school girls wrestling program, previous experience as a varsity head coach or assistant coach in a successful program preferred. Deadline July 10, 2026
Compensation:
Certified Aides: $190 per day
Building Substitute $155 per day
Non-certified Aides: $153 per day

The Catasauqua Area School District is seeking a Building Substitute to join our team.
Building Substitutes work up to 191 days per school year. These positions involve 7 hours of paid work time daily, plus a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. A valid PA teaching certification is required.
Available Positions:
- Catasauqua Middle School
- Sheckler Elementary School
Role and Responsibilities:
Building Substitutes report to their assigned school every day throughout the school year. They are responsible for following lesson plans and providing support and assistance with the academic, behavioral, emotional, and/or physical needs of our students within regular or special education classroom environments.
Compensation:
$150 per day

Sheckler Elementary School 2026-2027 Kindergarten Registration
Kindergarten registration is now open for the 2026-2027 school year. Your child will be eligible to enroll in our Kindergarten program starting in the Fall of 2026 if the following requirements are met.
Requirements to attend Kindergarten at Sheckler:

You must live within the boundaries of the Catasauqua Area School District.

Your child must turn 5 years old before September 1st, 2026 (No Exceptions)
If you meet these requirements and can provide the necessary documentation, your child can start kindergarten next school year.

Once you have completed the initial registration form, you will receive an e-mail notification with additional instructions about how to continue the registration process and how to schedule your in-person registration appointment at Sheckler for either March 20th or June 15th, 2026.
